Cancellation Policy

Before May 15, 2010 :
Please send written notice of cancellation to Hallie@editorandpublisher.com. You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.

After May 15, 2010 :
Refunds will no longer be made.  There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. However, you may send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail Hallie@editorandpublisher.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.

Alternatively, you may choose to apply payment to a future event within one year from event date. Please e-mail Hallie@editorandpublisher.com with your name, company and reason for cancellation.
