All cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 fee through May 15, 2010. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as we are notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail your substitution request to Hallie@editorandpublisher.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, e-mail.
